As soon as you have an issue, the staff and management insult the product you have bought and tell you the extra warrenty you bought does not cover your issue. They jewelry is garbage and they treat you horrible after the purchase. Three members of my family have been treated the same. So now we all have a new favorite jewelry store and they know where the kiss can go.
